This site presents the all to common problem of level changes within the garden making the garden uninviting and underused. A dining area was created with the addition of extra seating built into the wrap around step at the the rear door and the curved wall, maintaining the intimate space around the seating area. The feature steps down to the second tier allow the two levels to integrate while providing different planting pockets either side. The lawn area now gives a level space which young and old can relax and play. A private seating area to the rear of the garage catches the evening sun and privacy from the neighbours.
